By transferring payment, it is understood that you agree to the below terms of service.

The artist has the right to decline/refuse a commission for any reason at their discretion.

The typical process for sketch commissions includes a quick initial sketch for review and approval prior to the cleanup and finalization stage. Fully rendered pieces have a second stage of review and approval prior to the finalization stage.

MAJOR EDITS after the sketch process are not allowed (ie. pose, bodily changes, hair style, etc). Minor edits should be provided during the approval stage and given in one (1) response to ensure the artist does not miss any communication or requests sent to them.

Once a commission has been completed a maximum of two (2) minor revisions will be accepted and carried out by the artist providing the revisions are not due to an error on the artist’s part.

Reference images are required. Insufficient references may incur an additional charge.

I aim to complete commissioned work within two (2) months from date of received payment. The commissioner will be informed of any delays, or inability to complete the agreed upon work in the above stated timeframe.

Client deadlines must be discussed PRIOR to receiving payment. Deadlines brought up after payment cannot be guaranteed and may be refused.

Payment must be made upfront through Vgen prior to work beginning. The client is expected to, at the time of requesting a commission, prepared to commit (ie. is not lacking references, funds, experiencing other money issues, etc.).

Refunds will not be issued following the start of the commission unless I terminate the working relationship in the middle of the process, wherein the commissioner will receive a partial refund through Ko-fi, contingent upon the amount of work previously completed. If no work had been previously completed, the client will receive a full refund.

All prices quoted are in USD.

Works of art completed are for personal use ONLY. Commercial use work must be negotiated separately and will include appropriate, industry standard fees to provide full rights access to the client. Likewise, original (working) files will not be provided to non-commercial clients. Personal use art is owned by the artist and protected by the below stipulations.

Under no circumstances is it acceptable to alter, revise, or edit a piece of art provided by me without written consent.

My watermark, signature, or identifying marker on the artwork should not be digitally removed, hidden, or cropped out.

I must always be credited when commissioned work is shared, regardless of platform.

I retain the right to display commissioned works on any personal gallery; sketches and works in progress of any commissioned piece may be posted by the artist unless specifically requested by the client (this will incur a fee).

I retain the copyright to any commissioned artwork.

Under no circumstances, commercial or otherwise, should art produced or sold by ruinrevived be minted as NFTs or used in any projects related to NFTs.

Under no circumstances should art produced or sold by ruinrevived ever be used for AI training or prompting purposes.
